Hospice Admissions RN

Overview
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse. This full-time position in Lords Valley, PA, offers a supportive environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have an RN license, an Associate degree, and two years of RN experience.

Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in Lords Valley and surrounding areas
● Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule efficiently
● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details
● Full-time position with flexible scheduling options.

Travel
● Local travel required (~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations).

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience with Hospice
• 1+ years of experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR or TruChart EHR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL) certification/license
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
